I'll save you 68 grand. How about we provide some Good paying jobs here, do not pass that stupid noise by law. Maybe Mr Davies can round up a whole round of undercover officers to catch the hookers and druggies throw them out for good. There are only a few small places for kids to go hangout there. That by law will kill things altogether. Some sprucing up could help. Especially with the historical buildings they can use some decorating to point out their historial significance. The only other example I can think of is how they do it in petoskey and traverse city. Very pretty signs all over that is eye candy for visitors. If our downtown looked like that it would be beautiful. Just my opinion of course. Spending money on studies is'nt cutting it anymore. It get us nowhere basically.
