OMG This makes me so IRATE! The feelings that just swept over me while reading this article were unreal! I hope that idiot gets caught and treated the EXACT same way he treated that poor dog! That was only one incident, imagine how this poor dog suffers at the hands of that excuse for a human being in the privacy of their own home?
That dog's owner needs a bullit to the head, end of story!
