He is obviously a pathetic waste of skin. Makes him feel like a "Big Man" beating his poor dog.
To the witness - more people need to be like you and take action or attempt to take action instead of turning a blind eye!!
I personally might not have been so nice. Someone should put the reject on a leash and drag him down the road then proceed to kick him the gut!!
