Lesson for us all, when you see any kind of abuse, do something. Say something, follow them, yell at them.

CALL THEM OUT ON IT!

And to all Wilson street dwellers, this writer has narrowed it down to a small area, someone out there knows who has this dog or where it lives. Please help save it from this kind of horrible treatment.
