Wow. I cannot believe someone would do this to there dog and good for you trying to go after him. i would have done the same thing and followed this man. No animal deserves that kind of treatment. My heart goes out to that dog. Someone mentioned printing this and putting it in people's mail boxes in that area, I agree that is such a great idea.
