What the public is forgetting is the support staff! Secretaries, educational assistants and care staff are also having their wages frozen, even though they make a fraction of what the teachers do. Their rights have been taken away right along with the teachers. They all belong to the same union. This bill is going to hurt them the most! The support staff are all stuck making less than $30,000 a year for the next two years, while still raising their families and paying astronomical gas prices to get to work!
