Some of those numbers look real nice on screen. Talk to some of our local supply teachers that have been on the list for years, and will be on the list for years to come. Talk to some of our local teachers who are getting their pay froozen, and ask them how they feel about all of those numbers. How does any of this help the ones who are responsible for educating our youth? In what other sector was there a pay freeze?
