Your right Nimby, alternative power generation is more harmful to the environment than windmills. The only suggestion I have is to do like Denmark and Germany and build supersized windmill far out from shore in Lakes Superior, Huron, Erie And Ontario. These countries build 5 & 7 megawatt units and place them 5+ miles from shore in the North Sea. Our little 1.1 Megawatt units are too small. People over here cannot think out of the BOX. Not in My back Yard is everybodies opinion.
