Olred...you hit the nail on the head with that one. I know of many people who have gone to rehab just to get a lighter fine from the courts or as part of their job requirements after being charged with a DUI etc. It is a shame that there aren't more options available to those who really need it, not just for those paying lipservice to the powers that be.
