wow twisted.... are you a cop, or you have a relation to the police. You seem to know "as a matter of fact" that Matt was drunk. Do you have some sort of evidence that he was (if not I suggest you take a long look in the miiror from the other side of the tragedy. I saw a video of the driver stagger, who admitted he had been drinking and he was the careless one. A perestrian gets hit it is careless driver error. like if you hit a kid chasing a ball. They have been teaching this since I took drivers ed in the 80's. So if don't mind "the grown-ups are talking"
