Ok, we established the accused is already a liar, (i.e. claimed at work, when he was not), and he is a known relative of a member of police dept.
He was also advised that the police were in his corner.

Once again, the whole thing is a big stinkaroo on the whole department. Two sets of rules are in place in this city!!

My sympathy to the Howard family through all of this.
