Did you remember to do this?

You just lost an hour from your night.

Yes, it's time again to spring, or march, forward one hour on all the clocks in your house and vehicles that don't adjust automatically for daylight savings time, which began this year about 21 minutes ago.

While a few may consider this a minor catastrophy, most won't even notice because it happened at 2 a.m. - after the bars officially closed at 1:59 a.m. and before most alarm clocks are due to wake folks.

It's also been planned for Saturday night, or technically early Sunday morning, so many people will have a day off to adjust to the time change before getting up for work and school on Monday morning.

For the people who do have a problem with the time change because they lose an hour of sleep tonight, many experts have one piece of advice: No naps.

Stay up all day and go to sleep on Sunday night when the clock says it's time to, not when your body says it is.

So, for anyone heading out on Sunday, don't forget to move your clocks ahead one hour if you didn't do that before you went to bed on Saturday night.

Or, you can do like we like to do at SooToday.com and just check at the clock on the computer.
