Brazeau case put over until June 10

GATINEAU, Que. - A new court date has been set for the senator facing assault and sexual assault charges.

Sen. Patrick Brazeau was not in court for today's brief hearing.

His lawyer is arguing that the evidence against Brazeau hasn't been fully disclosed.

Crown attorneys, however, are telling the court that everything has been handed over.

The case has been put over to June 10.

Brazeau, 38, has formally pleaded not guilty to the charges.

He was arrested Feb. 7 after 911 calls to police from his home in Gatineau, Que., across the river from Ottawa.
