OPP seek public's help in locating federal offender (photo)

************************* Federal inmate wanted

TORONTO (November 15, 2011) - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as result of his breach of parole.

Robert Lloyd is described as a 40-year-old white male, 6'1" (185 cms), 170 lbs, (77 kgs), hazel eyes and short brown hair with numerous tattoos on his chest, shoulders, abdomen,legs, right and left arms.

He is serving a two-year sentence for theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime, theft of credit card, and possession of stolen credit cards.

He was last known to be in the Toronto area.

Anyone having contact with Robert Lloyd should use caution.
