************************* McNabb/South Market extension open to motorists

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON - The McNabb Street/South Market Street extension is now open to motorists.

The reconstruction of the roadway will improve traffic flow in the east end of the city, specifically in the areas of Trunk Road and Boundary Road.

Funding for the $7-million project was provided by all three levels of government through the Canada-Ontario Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution when approaching the new traffic signals on Trunk Road.

The City of Sault Ste. Marie appreciates the patience of citizens while this project was undertaken.
