As SooToday.com reported yesterday, Sault Ste. Marie is not on the just-announced list of cities to be visited during the band's 2010 North American summer tour.

But Trevor Zachary, the Essar Centre's marketing and events manager, tells SooToday.com that discussions to book KISS in Sault Ste. Marie are "absolutely" still underway.

Zachary says he's holding a date in the fall, should KISS wish to perform at the Essar Centre then.

Some SooToday.com readers have noticed a five-day gap in the touring schedule between St. Paul, Minnesota (September 4) and Toronto (September 10) and are hoping that's when the Hottest Show on Earth tour will descend on us.
