Does Sault Ste. Marie need another chicken-wing joint?

Last year, the St. Louis Bar and Grill chain sold more than 1.3 million pounds of chicken wings.

This morning's edition of the Toronto Star has a devilishly good article about big plans by the 23-outlet chicken-wing chain to expand to Sault Ste. Marie and other Northern Ontario cities.

President Brent Poulton tells the newspaper that he'd love to open his first Northern eatery in his hometown of Sudbury, but the ongoing Vale Inco strike has put that idea on the back burner.
