Dale Marinich accused of obstructing justice

Thirty-three-year-old Dale Marinich of 222 Albert Street East was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 6th of November at 12:02 p.m. at his residence and charged with one count of assault, one count of assault with a weapon, one count of threatened death or bodily harm and three counts of obstruct justice in a judicial proceeding.

He is to appear in bail court this morning

Thirty-year-old Lisa Mortari of #303-136 Bay Street in Hamilton, Ontario was arrested on several outstanding warrants on the 6th of November at 12:55 p.m. at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre.

She has been charged with five counts of failing to attend court and one count of breach of a release documents.

She is to appear in bail court this morning.
