This morning's announcement by Ron Swain, former federal Conservative candidate in Algoma-Manitoulin-Kapuskasing, that Prime Minister Stephen Harper will attend a Halloween dance tomorrow night at Bruce Mines Community Hall, is "100 percent not true," Deputy Press Secretary Andrew McDougall advises SooToday.com
