Faithful SooToday.com reader Brian Houle happily informs us that Blind River's own Jennifer Daub will make her television debut tonight as a participant on YTV's Survive This.
Airing tonight at 7:30 p.m., Survive This challenges teens to endure a stint in the deep wilderness through the guidance and mentorship of the Survivorman himself, Les Stroud.
According to Jennifer's YTV bio, the 16-year-old enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing and the general outdoors, and her favourite food is wild meat.
We're guessing this is what's earned her the nickname Bushgirl.
"Most guys tend to crack under pressure long before a girl ever will," she states. "I can definitely take the guys, especially if they come from the city!"
