Osama bin Laden is about to release a new message declaring war on Pervez Musharraf, president of Pakistan., media reports indicate this morning.
The declaration is seen as part of an Al Qaeda propaganda campaign timed to coincide with the sixth anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon.
