Saultite charged with sexual assault, indecent exposure

************************* 27-year-old Shawn Dunlop of #27–309 Terry Fox Place was arrested by City Police on the 14th of September at 3 p.m. and charged with one count of indecent act, one count of indecent exposure, one count of sexual assault and one count of breach of a release document.

It is alleged that between the 4th and the 8th of September 2007 the accused was at his apartment in company of three females, one 13-year-old and two 15-year–olds, all known to him.

During their visit, it is alleged that the accused exposed himself to the girls and touched one of the 15-year-old girls in an inappropriate manner.

At the time of the incident the accused was on a recognizance order with conditions not to be in the company of any persons under the age of 18.

He is to appear in bail court this morning.
