************************* Forty-year-old Arvo Alan Richard Leppanen of 25 Wellington Street West has been charged with one count of assault, one count of causing a disturbance and one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance.

It is believed that the accused was at the Sault Area Hospital when he assaulted a registered nurse on duty by throwing an ice pack directly at her and sticking her hand.

The accused also caused a disturbance by screaming and yelling.

He has been charged and will be appearing in court on the 15th of October.
