For sure - those are the Caria girls - Kristin, Laura and Melissa from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario - hanging out backstage with Keith Urban before Friday night's record-breaking concert at Kewadin Casino.

"He is such a nice guy, easy to talk to, and so good looking," Kristin tells SooToday.com.

We're not sure how she and her sisters ended up backstage, but Kristin assures SooToday.com that Nicole Kidman was also in the tent, smiling approvingly as her new hubby posed with the Sault hotties.

"This was the best concert we have ever been to," Kristin said. "He really connected with his fans. Thanks Keith for such an awesome party!"

"Security was very tight backstage as we were not able to get any pictures of Nicole. It was Keith's night and she stayed out of the spotlight."

Opening for Keith was Little Big Town, best known for the gorgeous Karen Fairchild (big voice) and the even-more-gorgeous Kimberly Roads (big hair) and some guy band members who actually weren't that bad-looking themselves, if you're into that kind of thing.
