It's off to La La Land for Kendra Komsa. And Kevin Koprash and Johnny McMillan, too.
The three dancers from Richard Kim's Studio Dance Arts at 612 Queen Street East will be attending the Pacific Coast Dance Fest in Long Beach, California for an intensive week of training and dance clinics.
Richard Kim will be chaperoning the three youths while they show their moves to major dance choreographers and agents.
The Pacific Coast Dance Fest is one of the largest dance workshops in North American and brings in talent from across North America.
Kim says the trip to L.A. is a huge step for the Sault dancers.
"They're going to get access to something they would never had been able to get before," he told SooToday.com tonight. "When they get back from this there will be a huge improvement in their dancing abilities. It will be unbelievable."
And the LA-bound threesome aren't the only students of Studio Dance Arts to attend workshops this summer.
The junior class is going to Sudbury while the intermediate class is heading to Toronto.
