10th event held in Sault Ste. Marie for the first time

The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services’ 10th Supply Ontario Reverse Trade Show is being held in Sault Ste. Marie for the first time, on Wednesday, October 14, announced David Orazietti, MPP and Minister of Government and Consumer Services.

“It is important to me to improve response rates to public procurement opportunities in Northern Ontario, and over the past few years, Supply Chain Ontario has focused on better engaging vendors in the North,” said Orazietti. “This tradeshow is a great opportunity for local businesses to learn about how they can do business with the province.”

Businesses in attendance will learn how to become a supplier to the Government of Ontario, meet with representatives from Ontario ministries and agencies and organizations from the Broader Public Sector, and participate in limited seating ministry information sessions.

The Reverse Trade Show takes place from 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14 at the Delta Waterfront Hotel.

Supporting the provinces businesses’ is part of the government's plan to build Ontario up.
