The special closed-session meeting will begin at 4 p.m.

Council will re-convene in open session at 5 p.m.

Joe Fratesi, who was the city's longest-serving CAO, having taken on the post in 1996, retired at the end of April.

Nuala Kenny, city solicitor, was appointed interim CAO effective May 1.

A selection committee that includes Mayor Christian Provenzano, Ward 2 Councillor Susan Myers, Ward 3's Matthew Shoemaker, Ward 5's Marchy Bruni and Ward 6's Ross Romano has been working since February to find Fratesi's replacement.
