Best pizza in town to be crowned. For reelz

Habitat for Humanity is excited to host the very first “Pizza Palooza Festival” on Thursday, August 20 at the Grand Gardens on Dennis Street.

The event will run from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and again at 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Tickets will be $8 in advance and $10 at the door.

Kids under 10 will eat for free.

Local pizza vendors will hand out samples of their pizza out to the public.

Guests will be welcome to try out each vendor at the Grand Gardens.

They will also have the opportunity to vote for their favorite pizza for the “People’s Choice Award”.

Judges will determine which vendor has the best crust, best sauce, best cheese and best decorative booth.

Tickets will be sold for a special one day only offer at the Habitat ReStore on Thursday, August 13 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at a buy one get one FREE deal.
