Mark charged with impaired

On July 26, 2015 a male driver was observed driving erratically on Wellington Street East.

It is alleged that the driver was found to be in the driver’s seat of the vehicle when police arrived at the Royal Bank on Wellington Street East.

Officers apprehended the male and arrested the accused for having care and control of a motor vehicle with more than 80 mg of alcohol in his blood.

The accused Mark David Shuttleworth, age 24, was taken to the station for a breath test.

The accused is also charged with having care and control of a motor vehicle while being impaired.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court on August 31, 2015 at 9 a.m.
