Police accuse Sulaiman of being impaired behind the wheel

On July 23, 2015 at approximately 7:16 a.m. city police responded to the area of Sutton Place regarding a possible impaired driver.

On attending it is alleged that officers found a male subject behind the wheel of a vehicle, with the engine running.

A roadside test was done and the male failed the test.

Police arrested the accused Sulaiman Saad Alhassan, age 28, for having care and control of a motor vehicle while having more than 80 mg of alcohol in his blood.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court on August 24, 2015 at 9 a.m.
