Rotaryfest activities got underway at Clergue and Rowswell Parks Thursday.
Activities, including Ribfest, continue through Saturday.
Four rib vendors are competing in this year's Ribfest, including Kentucky Smokehouse from Bear Creek, Kentucky, Jack the Ribber and Route 55, both from London, and Silver Bullet from Guelph.
Lineups of customers were long on 'Rib Row' Thursday.
A variety of activities are available for children throughout Rotaryfest, including fun with inflatables and pony rides.
Arts and crafts and clothing are available for purchase.
A wide range of groups and artists will be performing on Stage 1 at the north end of Clergue Park through Saturday, and, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday only, at Stage 2 Redirected, immediately west of the Art Gallery of Algoma.
The theme of this year's Rotary Community Day Parade, to be held Saturday, is 'Great Books.'
A complete schedule of events and activities can be found on the Rotaryfest website.
