Police stop a vehicle for erratic driving. Matthew face a slew of charges

NEWS RELEASE SAULT STE. MARIE POLICE SERVICE ************************* On May 22, 2015 City Police stopped a vehicle in the area of Terrance Avenue because of erratic driving. The accused was found to be a disqualified driver.

On May 22, 2015 City Police stopped a vehicle in the area of Terrance Avenue because of erratic driving. 
 
The accused was found to be a disqualified driver. 
 
On speaking to the accused it is alleged that the accused showed signs of impairment. 
 
The accused was arrest for driving disqualified and impaired operation of a motor vehicle. 
 
At the police station the accused failed the breath test and was further charged with care and control of a motor vehicle with an alcohol level over the legal limit. 
 
The accused Matthew Blair Leask, age 22 of Southwood Drive is scheduled to appear in court on June 29 at 9 a.m.
