On the 29 March 2015 City Police Officers arrested 23 year old Kyle Stewart of Graham Crescent, Marathon, Ontario.
It’s alleged that the accused male was at the Top Hat bar located on Queen Street and punched a door window.
He was held by Staff until Police arrived.
He faces charges of Mischief under $5000.00 and will be appearing in Court on April 27 2015.
