William charged with failing to provide breath sample

On March 27, 2015, at approximately 1 a.m., city police were in the area of Spruce Street regarding a possible break and enter in progress.

Police observed a vehicle and pulled it over on St. George’s Avenue.

The driver had signs of driving under the influence of alcohol.

A roadside demand was requested by officers and after several attempts to gain a suitable sample of the male’s breath he was arrested for failing to provide a breath sample.

The accused William Kingston, age 48 of Queen Street West was released at the scene and is scheduled to appear in court on April 27, 2015 at 9 a.m.
