Amanda charged with break and enter, threatening and more

On February 8, 2015 at 5 p.m., 27-year-old Amanda Burgess of St. Catharines, Ontario turned herself in on outstanding warrants to the city police.

These warrants were from an incident in April 2008.

Burgess faces charges of break and enter, assault with a weapon, threatening, forcible confinement and theft under $5,000.

The charges stem from Burgess allegedly breaking into a residence of person known to her.

It’s further alleged that the accused did steal a car not related to the first incident.

She will be appearing in court on February 9, 2015.
