Male charged with possession of child porn

ESPANOLA - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, Greater Sudbury Police Service, the Anishnawbek Police Service and the Espanola OPP Detachment have arrested and charged a man following an on-line undercover child pornography investigation.

On January 22, 2015 police executed a search warrant at a Sagamok First Nation residence. 

As a result of this investigation a computer was seized which contained images of child sexual abuse.

On January 22, 2015, police arrested Francis MISHIBINIJIMA, 48-years-old of Sagamok First Nation, Ontario. 

He is charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Accessing Child Pornography.

The accused will appear for a First Appearance hearing on February 3, 2015 in the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, Ontario.
