On January 22, 2015 at approximately 7:55 p.m., officers from Investigation Services located and arrested 20-year-old Shantelle WEBSTER of Wellington Street East for theft under $5,000.
It is alleged that she had stolen a purse while at the casino on January 18, 2015.
She will appear in court to answer to the charge on February 23, 2015.
