Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are currently investigating an incident that occurred last evening in the 400 block of Wellington Street West.
Staff Sergeant Mike Kenopic told SooToday.com that a call was placed to Police at approximately 11 p.m. regarding an injured male in the area.
The male in question was transported to Sault Area Hospital.
It is unknown how the male sustained his injuries and no other information is available at this time.
