The Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre is aglow with the lights of more than 65 Christmas trees as the Lung Association and Great Lakes Power Transmission present the Festival of Trees.

The annual holiday fundraiser features a number of raffle and auction items aside from decorated trees, including local theatre production tickets, a YMCA membership, an autographed Joe Thornton NHL alumni jersey, hotel stays, jewelry, wreaths, gift certificates and much more.

Children are invited to browse the Agero Secret Shop for gifts for mom and dad, write letters to Santa Claus, get creative in the Kiwanis Children's Activity Centre, and have breakfast with Santa in the Station Mall food court on Sunday, November 23 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

All proceeds from the event go to support the Lung Association.

General Admission times are:

Friday, November 21, from noon to 10 p.m.
Saturday, November 22, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday, November 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Admission to the festival is $12 for families, $6 for adults, and $3 for seniors and youth, $2 for children under 10.

Festival passes are valid for the duration of the Festival of Trees.
