SooToday did a bit of Queen Street crawl last evening to see what we could see this Halloween.

Well done, trick-or-treaters of Sault Ste. Marie!

We managed to find Waldo, we were offered celebrity nudes from iCloud, we took in some punk rock with Beaker, and we spotted Bob Ross painting happy little trees.

But our favourite costume of the night was Spy vs Spy (pictured).

It was the creation of Lee Skinner and Jake Rendell, who never fail to impress fans of creativity on All Hallow's Eve.

The pair went the extra mile for this costume, casting their faces in plaster in order to create the custom prosthetic noses.

"Doing the plaster cast was fun," Rendell said sarcastically. "But everyone should have a cast of their face. It could come in handy."

The mixture of live entertainment featured downtown last night mirrored the variety of costumes, as the Undead Players Ball at the Grand Theatre showcased a number of hip hop artists, Loplops hosted Winnipeg's Crooked Brothers, Thin Ice played the Rockstar Bar, and Johnny Pints Presents hosted its 10th annual Halloween punk show at the Algonquin Pub.
