On Friday October, 24, 2014 at approximately 7 a.m. the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a missing male in the area of Spanish, Ontario.

At approximately 2 p.m. the male was safely located.

The OPP would like to thank the residents of Spanish, Ontario for their assistance.

SPANISH – On Friday October, 24, 2014 at approximately 7 a.m. the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a missing male in the area of Spanish, Ontario.

The OPP would like to advise residents that the OPP are actively searching for the missing male with the assistance of OPP K-9, Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the OPP helicopter.

At this time there is no known threat.
