Cops smell booze but Heather won't blow

On October 19 at approximately 12:37 a.m. city police stopped a vehicle on Albert Street East regarding an expired validation tag on a vehicle. 
 
On speaking to the female driver it is alleged that a strong odor of alcohol was detected on her breath. 
 
The driver told police she had been drinking.
 
The driver was read a breath demand and requested a sample of her breath into an approved screening device.
 
The female was given several opportunities to provide a sample of her breath. 
 
Police arrested the accused Heather Denise Leblanc, age 34 for failing to provide a sample of her breath.
 
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on November 10 at 9 a.m.
