Water main break slows west end traffic

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON - (12 September 2014) - The PUC would like to advise the public of a traffic restriction in the area of Second Line West and Goulais Avenue.

This traffic restriction is in place to facilitate the repair of a broken water main on the north side of Second Line West in front of Northern Credit Union.

During the repair process, Second Line West, east of Goulais Avenue will be reduced to a single lane of traffic in each direction while crews conduct repairs.

This traffic restriction is necessary to ensure the safety of repair crews as well as the travelling public.
