It is alleged that on August 26, 2014, the accused attended at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre with clothing for an inmate.
Inspection of the clothing by ATRC employees revealed a large number of individual rolling papers smeared with what is believed to be cannabis resin.
The rolling papers had been concealed in the clothing.
The accused will appear in court on September 29, 2014.
