Main break repair to affect traffic on Willow Avenue

The PUC would like to advise the public of a traffic restriction in the area of Willow Avenue and Rome’s Independent Grocer.

This traffic restriction is in place to facilitate the repair of a broken water main on the west side of Willow Avenue between Willoughby Street and the Rome’s entrance.

During the repair process, the south-bound lane of Willow Avenue within the bounded area will be CLOSED while crews conduct repairs – the north-bound lane will not be affected.

This traffic restriction is necessary to ensure the safety of repair crews as well as the travelling public.

We apologize for this inconvenience to our customers, and wish to thank everyone for their understanding and cooperation.
