Ronald from North Dakota fails breath test

SAULT STE. MARIE CITY POLICE

22-year-old Ronald France of North Dakota was arrested at Canada Customs last night for registering a fail on the roadside device after being pulled into secondary inspection.
 
City Police officers were called and continued the arrest and transported Mr. France to the station for further testing where he registered two readings over .80.
 
He was subsequently charged with consume over the legal limit and will be appearing in Provincial Court on August 11.
