Vehicle hits guard rail. Alex charged with impaired (3 photos)

City police attended to a single motor vehicle collision last night at the intersections of Wellington and East Street where a vehicle had come into contact with the guard rail.

The investigation revealed that a lone male occupant was driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and he sustained no serious injuries.

As a result, 24-year-old Alex Causley of Sage Street in Garden River was charged with impaired operation and consume over the legal limit.

He will be appearing in Provincial Court on July 28.
