Typically these types of accidents are caused by distracted driving. That would be cell phone use while driving.

It doesnt mean the person was distracted by a cell phone, things can and do happen as for the reason calling them accidents!!!!

@houston

Yeah because before cell phones, nobody ever got into an accident...

*shakes head*

he/she was doing the time trials for the 2nd Line 500/ slow down if you don't and get into an accident then you deserve it and should pay through the nose for car insurance.

Lots of idiot drivers out there... I see it every day. And I also see at least one accident a week on Second Line West.

The majority of the problem is dumb drivers follow too closely, make quick lane changes without checking blind spots... and seem to be in a hurry to go nowhere fast.

SLOW DOWN! USE YOUR MIRRORS!! AND ABOVE ALL.. IF YOU ARE DRIVING, PAY ATTENTION TO THE DAMN ROAD AND YOUR SURROUNDINGS.

Yesterday, I saw a student driver in a Howson Driving School car...use the wrong lane to turn from Sackville, west onto Second Line -- and the student turned on a light that was RED!

I can't fathom that the instructor let this happen, and worse yet -- the student pays to "learn", with an oblivious instructor.
