This is my older brother, and unfortunately he suffers from drug and alcohol problems. At this point everyone has offered to help him but he doesn't want help. He has turned to crime to feed his habit. Shame.

ahdoublexl is right, I know him and his family and he has been given so many opportunities and options to help turn his life around however he choses not to, and people can't force their help on others who don't want it

So sorry about your brother!! I had the same issue in my family so I turned to Allanon they help you to let go and let the problem family member to fall down and hit his bottom. Once he hit it, he will ask for the help. Be strong.

If the courts would give people more time to help with recovery it might help. And also don't give them more stuff in jail then people have at home they might think before they do these stupid crimes. Just my opinion .
