Think Brad will do a shout out to the couple from the Sault that got engaged at his concert in Hamilton to the song "then"?

FINALLY! Someone good, up to date and popular coming to the Sault! And not at kewadin for once!

About time we get a big name country act here. Maybe this will open doors for others to follow. Some will think $125 is a lot but if costs a lot more to drive to Toronto or Detroit for tickets, hotel, food, etc. $125 to stay at home is a steal. Plus, we have a small venue and it costs a little more to get them here. I paid $110 for Jerry Seinfeld and that was Garbage.

While I'm not a fan of "new country", this is good to see. I hope the turnout is decent so they ( Live Nation) will consider sending more acts through. Their roster of artists is impressive. As far as current artists coming through, keep an eye on LopLops, Café Natura or even the stuff I've got going on . There are current and up and comers spanning all genres from all over Canada, The United States and Europe playing intimate venues all over Sault Ste. Marie on a regular basis.I wonder if Brad will have a local supporting act. There's a whole lot of country talent here that gets overlooked and it would be nice to see some of these larger acts give them a leg up.

I'll be buying a few tickets for sure, hopefully everyone else who complained about the lack of current stars coming to town get off their wallet too. Sell it out, make it a good time for everyone and we will get more up to date acts following.

This is really nice to see some top act coming too the Sault, since they got rid of that guy who was stealing all that money from the Essar. Great!!!

I have enjoyed many concerts at the Essar Centre. And the building was good and full for them. Its not a bad concert if you don't like the band. Its a bad concert if nobody goes to see the band.

tommy_boi07 6/2/2014 1:01:21 PM Report

Willing to bet this will beat Elton John's record for the fastest sellout, probably take about 5 minutes. Hopefully I can get a couple tickets.
iamtc 6/2/2014 3:33:25 PM Report

They should get monster trucks instead of these washed up talent performers.
bulletcards 6/3/2014 3:02:03 PM Report

while im not a country fan and think the price is too much to see a country act. happy to see a relevent act coming to town. one with a career ahead of him not behind him. (kiss, crew, jerry seignfeld, larry the cable guy)
